Reiki Energy Healing Sessions

Chrystof has explored the concept and practice of Energy Healing and Reiki from a young age. As he grew up had ailments, and sicknesses he always knew his mindset, and attention to his 'energy' were always an important aspect go healing. That medicine is not only the things we take like herbs, supplements and pharmaceuticals, but also out thoughts, feelings towards ourself, and how we direct our energy.

He spent a number of years formally trained under the North American Usui Reiki tradition, and attained his "Master" level. Chrys doesn't use the term "Master", as a title or label, and considers himself a Energy Healer, Educator, and Trainer. Chrys has also explored and trained in many other Energy Healing modalities, as well a types of healing through his studies of Shamanism, and Energetic Herbalism. He see no divided in healing techniques, and merges his vast wisdom, connection respectfully to Source Life Force Energy. His strong intuition guides him to help heal and balance himself, anyone willing to receive.

His goal as an Energy Healing is to help each person find healing and bring balance to the physical, emotional and mental bodies, as well as the much more subtler energetic body and Spirit. Chrys is also trained in many mindful, and intuitive practices including Somatic Body Healing Coaching, and Crystal Healing that guides him to understand the interconnected pathways that makes up a person's physical, mental, emotional, and energetic matrix which a healthy movement, of life force energy, Chi, or prune, that has a direct influence on dis-ease, sickness, and other ailments.

Chrys brings together all his wisdom to offer you and healing experience that will truly help you find harmony, and resolve for dis-ease. 

 

Chrys creates a safe and caring environment where all information shared will be kept in strict confidence. He see's each treatment as a conversation with the body, and soul. Connecting his clients to a higher frequency of vibration that enables their own system to do most of the magick.

It often takes 3-5 sessions to really feel the benefits of the work.

What a Treatment looks like: 

​

You'll be asked to lay down on your back. Chrys will offer you  ground queues, and establish an intention for the session, and then some gentle breath work to further relax you. Chrys will guide you on a mindful journey your mind, and body relax, and your emotional tension soften. Once guided into this relaxing Alternate state of conscious, Chrys tunes into the Subtle Soul energy within you, as well as the energy around you to receives the guidance he needs that will lead his treatment.. He asked be guided by his Spirit guides, and Ancestors to help with the session. He then begin with gentle respectful hands on placements to connect to different energy points in your body, moving from Feet to Head. Chrys is guided intuitively to where your body takes him, tuning into your intention for the treatment, and listening to how Spirit (divine energy) guides him.

The session will end with drumming/sound bath to help seal the work.

​

All Energy Healing offerings can be recieved through virtual session through zoom, as well as in person session at Chrys's Studio

Both types of sessions offer a deeply relaxing treatment, that ending with a gentle sound bath with drumming, crystal bowls, and other sound healing instruments. 

​

All sessions also invite the energy of the 4 Sacred Elements, and any Spirit Guides, and Ancestors that can help you with energetic healing.
